1。140/485 一定需要employment Letter 嗎？

昨天剛簽 了determination letter 才意識到應該問秘書 要一份employment letter 的。
現在手上有一份今年一月份出具的employment letter, 這個能用嗎？

2。如果五月底 同時file了EB1A 140.485, 140 加急，140 批了，即使H1B已經過期 還是可以待在美國，對嗎？

3。現有的I797 顯示6月中旬到期，也就是說，485 排到 的時候肯定已經過期， 這個會影響485 的結果嗎？
-No, but find a job as soon as possible in case USCIS send you RFE for your employment status.
然後那個485 form , 180 天rule , 是不是說， 隻要我的485 處於 pending 的狀態，即使沒有辦理 H1B 延期， 我還是可以 待在美國180天 。
-As long as your I-485 is pending, you can legally stay in US no matter how long.
4。一旦提交了140， 以後就不大可能已B2 的身份來美國了 ， 對嗎？
