人笨，犯了錯誤。為我媽申請綠卡時沒填application type (485).

 

請幫忙：
 

1）我媽媽的申請是什麽TYPE?
-Choose "a.".
 

2）我再寄材料時，要重新填表？還是原表寄回呀？他們把package都重新排好了，有stamp.
-Send the original package back to USCIS including the Rejection Notice" (put it on the top).
 

3) 支票也寄回來，也有stamp. 還像是可以再用。
-Yes.
