Is my son eligible for CSPA?
 My Case: EB2   
      Priority Date: 3/19/2009 (Labor Certificate application date).  PERM: Received on 3/19/2009, approved on 01/20/2010
      I-140 (EB2): Filled on 03/02/2010, approved on 03/31/2010
 Feb 2012, PD current
      I-485: Filed on 02/15/2012
      I-824:filed for my son on 3/15/2012.  He was in France for several months[Jan-June 2012] .
 May 2012, PD retrogression
 PD will be current in May 2014
 My Son DOB: 6/25/1992
 
My company lawyer said he is age-out.
