為父母申請綠卡， 就不用填I-765， 對嗎？
-It is optional. I-765 is for EAD which  cab be used to work or apply for SSN.
 

在填I-131時，若我替二老填， 我是representative嗎？
-No.

需填 G-28嗎？
-No.

然後再完成all preparer's information?
-Yes.
