請問 8 老師,
從接受 offer 到公司提交H1B transfer 申請經曆了4周時間. 這樣就有了3周的gap.
現USCIS要我提供這3周的 pay statement.
-It seems your salary was weekly payment or biweekly payment, right?.

請問 8 老師, 我怎麽向USCIS解釋? 
-Just explain that your new employer filed the H-1 transfer petition a little late due to some kind of reason after you resigned from the old employer. 

沒有這3周的pay statement, 一般或最壞是什麽結果?
-At worst, The H-1 transfer will still be approved, but it may have no I-94, thus you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back, nothing worse than that.
