您好，請幫助！ 剛收道媽媽i-485的RFE。要求提供在美國的無犯罪證明。
請問怎樣申請在美國的無犯罪證明？是否因為媽媽在美國已超過6個月？ 已經提交了中國的無犯罪證明。奇怪的是爸爸的申請沒有RFE， 已經拿到綠卡。 爸媽都在美國從去年6月開始。非常感謝。
