deny notice說的是：after review, we have reopened the above application or petition, or reconsidered the decision previously issued. You will receive a notice under separate cover once all action ahs benn completed，最後收到的notice說Your request to withdraw your I539 has benn noted for the record. The withdrawal of this cas is a final action for which there are not appeal or motion rights.。可是我之前F2 被approve過，然後收到的deny notice我就不知道approve時是不是H1就自動失效了，8老師說是的。
