新版N-400填表疑問 -- 有些問題可否酌情不答

急求高手解答

In the Part11. Additional Information section, there are questions such as question 7 where it asks a part B question which is answered based off of what was answered in part A. If you answered part A as "No", do you still have to answer part B as "No" also or do you leave the answer blank (as it's not appliable)? It is the same concept for question 17, 18 and 27.

Question 39, 40 and 41 ask a question based off of currently being in the U.S. Armed Forces, do you just answer "No" or don't answer at all if you are not currently in the Armed Forces?
