本人F1-OPT， LD NIW 140 已過，等排期中，從上海簽證會因為LD有移民傾向，而我是他的配偶，有潛在移民傾向被據嗎？
-No unless you have filed I-485. Your LD I-140 is irrelevant to you at this point. Just answer "No" in the application form if asked whether you had a immigration petition before. By the way, you should be aware that it is somewhat risky to get the F-1 visa during OPT period if your OPT will end very soon (e.g. you will finish your OPT in a couple of months). Talk to your school International Student Office before you travel. Prepare all the visa application required documents.
