FOR I-864 PART5, thank you

FOR I-864 PART5: I am married and living with the person I am sponsoring. On the top of part 5 it says "don't count anyone twice." So for question a "enter the number you entered on line 10" I enter 1. Question c says "If you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse." That confuses me. If I enter 1 on line c won't I be breaking the rule of counting someone twice?
