回複：請教8老師，什麽是最好的方式申請485

我第一個已經approved 的ni1w i140的485被拒絕了，說是我之前的out of status 超過180天 (我立刻appeal ,現在還在appeal pending )

我當時很害怕，就申請了 eb1a 的485，來保住身份，(pending i140 + i485)

然後我跳槽，弄了一個h1b,現在我h1b重新回來，有了新的i94


那麽我要問的是

1)我可以重新來一個485 ,隻是要花錢
-You said you had a pending NIW based I-485 (appeal pending)  and an EB1A I-485, why do you want to file another I-485 or do something?

2) 還是有什麽方式把以前那個被拒絕，然後appeal pending的485 打開,告訴他,我已經reinstate my status了
-When you win the appeal, your NIW I-485 will automatically open.


 小弟就是為了節約錢，如果可以用第二個方式,怎麽重新打開?
