Thanks very much for your recommendations.  I will definitely let the lawyers know that.  Given the situation, do you think my I-140 will be denied?  If not deny, how long will it take to get approved?  like 2 years or more?? 

Will this affect 485 at all?  When my priority dates comes current, can I file 485 without I140 being approved in this situation?
