"-3 years from the date of the H-1 transfer. But if your current employer withdraw the I-140, you can not use it to extend/transfer your H-1. Of course, the H-1 transfer/extension is still valid if the I-140 withdrawal (if any) occurs after the H-1 transfer/extension is approved."
I guess when I get the new job, I won't let my current company know that the new company is transfering my H1-B. So during the transfer, 140 should be still valid. By the time my current company withdraw the 140, the transfer should be done already. Therefore, it won't affect anything. So I will still get the 3 years extension. Am I right?
Thank you!!!
