140已經拿到。 6 年的H1-B已經用完。現在的公司用140延H1-B三年， 到2016年10月。

1. 如果我現在換工作， 新公司幫轉H1-b， 轉完後， 我的H1-B的有效時間是到何時呢， 還是2016年十月嗎？
-3 years from the date of the H-1 transfer. But if your current employer withdraw the I-140, you can not use it to extend/transfer your H-1. Of course, the H-1 transfer/extension is still valid if the I-140 withdrawal  (if any) occurs after the H-1 transfer/extension is approved.


2. 那是不是隻要新公司在2016年十月之前幫我申請到PERM和140， 我就又可以延期了呢？-You can use the current approved I-140 to extend your H-1 if it is not withdrawn in this case. Or if the new employer files PERM/I-140 for you, you can use the new approved I-140 to extend your H-1.

3. 現在140是EB2， 我到新公司若申請EB3， 還可以用EB2的優先日期嗎？-Yes.
