PD 10/2008 這月到,但沒有批準.
2個月前拿到個工作offer, 說1月6日上班.
在考慮以下情況有哈移民風險.
1.) 485在1月6日前批準
2.) 485在1月6日後批準

猶豫是否提出辭職

如果沒有批的話, 1月6日後可以用EAD上班?
-Yes. You are safe to change job as long as your I-485 pending is > 180 days and the new job is in the same/similar field as the old job. But you need to inform USCIS (call USCIS a few days later after you file AR-11) to update your I-485 address if you change your address so that you can receive any correspondences and approved green card.
