我是H1, 孩子們H4現讀大二. I-94結止日期15年9月.
 

我麵臨失業. 問題是:
 

1. 孩子可以在境內轉F1嗎?
-Yes. Talk to the school International Student Office for help in this issue.

2. 從我失業到孩子申請F1, 中間可以有多長gap.-No gap. Your child need to file the change of status to USCIS before you lose job (you need to provide the last 3 paycheck stubs for your child status change application). So, contact the school as soon as possible to issue the I-20. The school will instruct your child for this issue of status change.

3. 總部在國內的美國分公司如果雇我, 我可以transfer H1 嗎? -Not need H-1 if you work in China. H-1 is only for you to work within US.
