1，他們的結婚證是81年補發的，本人77年出生，直接公證或翻譯這個可以嗎？
-This 結婚證 may not be helpful because you were born before it was issued and thus USCIS will consider you were born before your parents got married. Thus, you also need to provide the evidences of your connection to your father since you was born to your 18 years old such as you were raised by your father and lived together with your father, your father paid tuition/fee for you, etc..

You had better try to see whether your parents can get the marriage certificate with the marriage date before you were born.
