1. you was H4 and now is H1B1. you plan to get H1B1 visa?
or
2. you was H4 and try to get H1B1 visa (or status)?
I have same situation with you if your question is #1. I am planning to go to canada to get my H1B visa. You mean there is a policy change for it?
