我是美國公民，　我申請弟弟一家來美　等了十餘年，還有幾個月排期就到。　昨晚打電話，弟弟弟媳才告訴我，家裏出了大事，我眼淚嘩嘩就流下來。我和弟弟一家感情很好。

我那多年沒有見麵的侄子，弟弟的獨生子犯法了，在裏麵蹲了三個月，這兩天放出來，因為隻有十五歲，緩刑，付了十萬罰金，可能因為未成年，判的輕，或者還沒有判，這個我沒有問清楚。　倆位老人，外公外婆已經急得住院了。
我現在就想知道侄子還有來美的希望嗎？如果他移民的排期在半年到一年到，他還能出國嗎？　他已經是個有案底的人。他不出來，在中國對他的將來更不好。

-Because his crime was committed prior to age 18, it is still possible for him to get the visa, depends on how serious his crime is. He may apply for inadmissibility waiver. May hire an immigration lawyer for help at that time.
