我老公是美國公民。我們結婚5年了。我拿到綠卡3年。我的綠卡是工作綠卡。跟我的婚姻無關。我的問題是我什麽時候才能申請公民？按理說我應該等5年。

但有朋友告訴我像我這種情況，隻需等3年。 也就是說我現在就可以申請了。
