給爸媽申請綠卡已經9個多月了，剛剛收到“Letter in reference to your form I-130"
 

說“The birth certificate you submitted was a Notarial Certificate", therefore, one of the following official documents must be submitted for you and the beneficiary.
 

Birth Certificate
 

Hospital Certificate
 

Family Household Registry
 

Family Household Registry Form
 

Booklet issued by the Province's health department.

 

這種情況怎麽辦？我出國前戶口已注銷，這怎麽辦？
-You should have your birth certificate, shouldn't you? Just provide the copy of your birth certificate (one copy for your father and one copy for your mother, respectively) and that is enough.
