回複：B2簽證申請延期

請教8老師和皮匠老師，我母親申請B2簽證在美延期， 申請已遞交，Case Receipt Notice　也在Oct12收到，母親在美居留Nov 11 到期，如果在到期之前沒有收到批準通知又沒有離美，是否非法。
-She is legal to stay in US during the B2 pending even if her current I-94 expires.
如果申請被拒，因如何處理，請老師指教。多謝了。
-Then, just leave US as soon as possible after it is denied (had better with 2 weeks, no more than 30 days). Keep the B2 extension receipt and denial/approval notice for future visa application.
