Like in form I-864 for my mom, she is the principle immigrant, at Part3, will not check #2, and leave family member blank, right? And #7 is 1 , right?

 

Part 5, should Part 5, #5 or #6 fill 1 for dad? I am confused about #6, dad is not lawful permanent resident now, can be counted here?
