請問熱心的8老師： 給兄弟和姐妹辦移民， 我的理解是辦兄弟姐妹全家，除兄弟姐妹要辦出生公證， 那他們的配偶和孩子應當辦理什麽公證呢？
 

是不是他們也要辦出生公證， 他們還需要辦婚姻公證-Yes, but these documents of the family members are needed in the future when they apply for the immigration visa, not now.
和他們與兄弟姐妹的親屬關係公證嗎？-No.

另外想問一下， 給兄弟姐妹辦移民，他們配偶和孩子的公證是我在填130表時遞交嗎？-No. Only need your brother/sister's birth certificate at this point.
