回複：請問8老師，I-458, 雇主死活不願意把薪水寫在employment verification letter上

從5月current到現在都沒談下來，雇主死活不願意同意寫薪水，比我現在的高了20%。
-Ask them to indicate in the letter that:  "the position and conditions described in the Labor certification for the I-140 immigration visa petition will be still available to Mr. XXX (your name) after his adjustment of status to the permanent resident" . Then, it will be fine. 

現在他們說先把材料提上去，但是我想一定會被request additional evidence. 到時候怎麽辦？
 

如果這個過程超過6個月，我還是可以換工作吧？現在的雇主需要做什麽？他們說了絕對不會撒謊說會付我那麽高的薪水的。
 

真的不知道該怎麽辦，感覺他們等著我被拒了，讓我走的架勢。
