我們是Green card pending (有AP)。我在看孩子申請大學用的Comm App, 有一項是“Currently held United States visa”，我們該填“H4 Dependent of H visa holder" 嗎？-Fine.
但我的H1 到年底就到期了，之後的身份是“EAD” 和 “AP”。-It is "adjustment of status", then. Your child may use the AP to travel and come back to get the "Parolee" status, thus he/she can apply for Federal financial aid.
