H1B will expire on Sept. 1, 2015.
1. Now the company wants me to apply by EB2, do I have enough time before H1B expire ?
-Yes. Use premium processing to file the I-140 and get it approved in 15 days after the PERM is approved, then file H-1 extension for 3 years beyond the 6 year limit using the approved I-140.
2. I want to apply by EB1B, but not quiet sure about my background, total 6 papers published, not lots of citations, only reviewed one paper.
-Do the EB2 and EB1 at the same time.
