回複：AP 在aug 19 過期， 綠卡還能回來嗎？？

父母沒注意， 之前生病了， 前個月身體好點， 想過來看下我們， 母親才發現她的AP白皮書（2年）剛過期，expired by aug 19, 2013, 綠卡還沒有， 在2012年6月有過來， 請問這樣母親還能進海關嗎？
-Technically, No. Her green card is invalid. If there was the serious illness preventing her from returning to US on time, she may apply for the SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to activate her green card, otherwise she may just give up the green card and then apply for the B2 visa to enter US.


？ 因為 她英文不好， 所以很擔心她自己過海關， 萬一不讓她進怎麽辦呢？？ 還是這樣就放棄卡了？ 謝謝了
