1)我查遍了DS-230,沒有看到要求provide the photocopy of that document as required by Question 42 of DS230. Is it just "Nice to have", not "must to have", correct?
-Why don't you want to provide it? That document is the best explanation of your case, isn't it?
2) 關於你的那段關於簽證可能被拒的專業解釋,我的解讀如下:
-Your wife is not asked why her visa application was denied, but asked why she was refused to enter US at the port of entry. So, she does not need to explain the matter related to the visa.

my wife's refuse case was not a big deal. So, is it safe to say, the visa offier at interview might not even ask about it at all?

But my concern is still there: if the officer does ask about the refuse case, what could he ask? And what should my wife properly answer?

Let's assume the officer asked: why were you refused last time at port of entry? Would it be OK If my wife answered something like this: "I wanted to use B2 Visa to enter US and planned to stay with my hu*****and for a while, probably I brought too much luggage with me that day, I was unable to convince the CPB officers at the port of entry that I did not have immigration intent at that time, and thus they refused me to enter US." ?
Also, I wondered whether or not my wife had immigration intent at the time she got refused would affect her immigration visa application this time? please confirm..

-Just say something  like that "I wanted to use B2 visa to enter US  to visit my hu*****and on dd/mm/yyyy (put the date here), but I was unable to convince the CBP officer at the port of entry that I did not have the immigration intent. Thus, the CBP officer did not allow me to enter US".
