J-1簽證與公民結婚。是先結婚，等拿到WAIVER後申請綠卡？？  還是等WAIVERA下來再結婚？再申請綠卡？

時間上來看哪種比較快並且保險？
-Your spouse can file I-130 first after you get married. Then, you can file I-485 after you get the J-1 waiver. This is better.
