老婆現在是h1b, i-130 已經遞上去一年了。八月一號，趁著f-2a排期current，把485， ap, 還有 work permit 遞上去了。可能還有十天左右才能收到receipt. ap 和 work permit 可能要到11月才能批吧。現在的情況是，嶽母重病住院，老婆需要馬上回國一趟，呆大概2個星期。另外，老婆今年3月回國時已經在國內簽過了h1b的簽證，所以她還能用仍然有效的h1b簽證兩個星期後回國。我想確認一下，她這個情況，用h1b簽證回美國會對她pending 的485，ap, 和 work permit 申請有影響嗎？
-Not affect anything and it is absolutely fine to use H-1 visa to reenter US. But she needs to wait for 3 to 4 days from now one to make sure USCIS receives her I-485 (put it in USCIS system) before she leaves US.

我們需不需要等到receipt 收到後，到local 的uscis office 看看是不是能申請加急的ap?
-Not need it by this time.

另外，她還打算ap 和 work permit 批準後，回國呆兩，三個月照顧一下她媽媽，當然她現在的工作和h1b可能就沒有了，這會對她的綠卡最後批準有什麽影響嗎？
-Her unemployment will not affect her I-485. But if she loses her job, she can not use H-1 visa to enter US.
