I-140已批準，準備遞I-485, 但小孩現在國內度假。請問老師，如果我先遞我的I-485, 小孩在回美後再遞，會有什麽風險嗎？
-It is fine. Provide the copy of the parent (primary applicant) I-485 receipt with the child I-485 filing. The child needs to come back to US before your I-485 is approved if he/she wants to use H-4 visa.

是不是回美後一起遞比較安全些？謝謝。
