我是H1B，我的孩子是H4，他今年就到21歲了，他的H4 approve notice 和他的I94card 都是有效到明年。 上一次過邊境時，邊境官知道他快21了但仍然給了他有效期到明年的I94卡。後來我也給邊境的辦公室打過電話，他們說他即使過了21歲，仍然可以stay在H4，隻要他一直是我的dependent。H4 dependent 可以過21歲嗎？
