本人綠卡，想為父母和姐姐辦移民。求步驟，跪謝在先了。

1. 我綠卡4年，是否一定要等到5年才可以申請公民？

最早什麽時候可以，需要填寫什麽表格？

2. 父母年邁，分別80歲，85歲，住北京，是否一定要在廣州麵試，
-Yes. Your parents may just apply for the B2 visa to enter US, then you can sponsor their green card within US after you get the US citizenship.

北京麵試行嗎？北京不行的話，還有什麽比較近的。需要填寫什麽表格？

3. 還是先來美國，在美國給父母申請移民？
-Yes.

需要填寫什麽表格？-You file I-130 and they file I-485.

4. 是否會取消兄弟姐妹移民？如果在取消前遞材料，能否趕上最後一班船？-Don't know it at this time.
