我給父母交I130， I485 的同時交I131（AP），是不是交表， I-94 copy 和照片就好了？

An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an AP document 是什麽？是必須的嗎？
-Just explain it in the Form I-131, not need to do it separately.
 

也不用再交申請費了？
-No fee.

Expected lenght of trip 寫60天可以-May said 8 months or 10 months, does  not matter, anyway.
