I am applying green cards for my parents. Should I put their applications into separate envelops as 2 separate applications or in the same envelop?

Particularly, for I485 form,

 Part 1

Question 1: Expires on. Is it I-94 expiration date or B2 expiration date

Part 3

Question 2: For my father’s application, after I provide my mother’s name in the ‘list all your spouse and
children’ table, how should I answer the question ‘Applying with you’? Should I answer Yes or No? If yes, then for my mother’s application, how should I answer the same question, should be Yes or No

Question 3: Since I am already U.S.citizen, in the ‘list all your spouse and children’ table, should I leave ‘A# (if any)’ blank or should I put my green card number even I am not a green card holder any longer.
