因為我妻子不在美國境內，從這個標題上應該就不用填這個No.22 section了，但是，在這個section下麵我又注意到一個：
If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:City_  Country_

請問8老師，我需要在此填上妻所在城市（Toronto, Canada)嗎？
