幾天前，我妻在從加拿大入境美國遭拒，且10年往返簽證被取消。我現在隻有一條路：給她辦I-130。今天在填表過程中有個選項引起我的注意：Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

1）　這裏的immigration proceedings究竟指啥？如前所述，因為她的B1 Visa被CPB取消， 是否也在此行列？-No.

那麽，我在此是否必須填YES？
-Say "No". "They ask whether your wife (beneficial) has been removed, deported, had immigration conditions rescinded (over turned), or been involved in immigration court due to violation (or doubted violation) of immigration law (e.g. illegal stay, etc.). This generally refers to any proceeding before an immigration judge, or in immigration court.           

2）　如果這項填了YES，會對我的I-130通過有多大負麵影響？
3）　另外，因為此事剛發生幾天，我現在馬上為妻申請I-130是否妥當？
