老家有人認識一對夫妻8月份要生一個男孩，他們已經有一個男孩，想要一個女孩，所以想把男孩送人。我現在拿的是綠卡，不過明年就可以申請加入美國國籍。不知道是不是可以先領養這個孩子，放在父母那兒帶到明年，明年我拿到美國國籍以後再帶入美國。謝謝各位！

-If you adopt the child before you become a US citizen, the child has to live with you physically for two years, then you can be qualified for sponsoring him the green card. The child may apply for B2 visa to enter US in this case (just try it).

If you adopt the child after you become a US citizen, the child can immediately apply for the immigration visa to enter US to become green card holder and US citizen after the adoption. But adoption procedure is somewhat complicate.
