回複：新 H1-B 還沒開始在A公司用就轉到B公司，行嗎？

請問各位老師：

我現在是TN身份，公司一方麵隨時裁人，一方麵人事部門又照辦H1-B.

我今年抽到了名額，隻是人事部沒給我那張uscis的notice.

1) 我找到新公司後，能否在十月一日後把現在已經批準的這個從未用過的 H1-B transfer 到新公司用 ？

-Yes if the current H-1 is approved. But you can not work as the H-1 employee for either employer (old or new) until Oct. 1.

現公司能撤消我已抽中的H1-B名額嗎?

2）如果現公司把 I-140 給撤消了，我的PD日期是否就徹底無效了，

-The PD is still valid and can be used as the future new I-140 PD if the old I-140 was approved..

到新公司綠卡又得從頭辦起？
-Yes.
