今天去USCIS local office辦emergency AP，但是他們說隻有I-485 Pending 超過90天才免申請費，不管是一般的還是emergency，現在辦都得交錢。這對不對？
-Not true. That IO may not understand your case. I-485 based AP or EAD application is always free no matter when you apply for it because the I-485 filing fee has included this fee.
