回複：485 RFE 公司的要求

謝謝各位老師先前的指點, 這裏有個問題想再次請教.


交485已經半年多了,  現在被雷後, 有朋友的本行小公司需要我做事,  工作性質和485中的非常類似,  但如果 485 RFE 目前的工作狀態時, 我該如何回複 ?
-The employer just needs to provide the employment verification letter addressing your title, responsibilities, salary, and whether the job is permanent (no specific term or renewable). That is all.


   因為這個成立了 5~6 年的小公司非常小, 

-Does not matter.


會對它有什麽具體要求呢 ?  我們應該如何去準備呢  ? 

還是應該去和舊的公司商量 ?
