我們的優先日是2008年9月29日；我們2012年1月提交了485並附EMPLOYMENT LETTER。估計2013年7月我們排期也就CURRENT。但在7月份，也極有可能解雇。正在準備積極的找新工作。
 

我們的問題是：
 

1. USCIS再次要EMPLOYMENMT LETTER 可能性多高？
-Should be small.
 

2. 我可提供之6月的工資PAYSTUBS，我們485拒簽的可能性多高？

-If you get the RFE, you need to provide the new job offer letter or the employment verification letter from the employer you are working, not paycheck stubs. Otherwise, your I-485 probably will be denied.
 

3. 有何其他辦法？
-Find a new job in the same/similar field.
