回複：孩子回國簽證問題

父母中國護照，美國綠卡，孩子美國出生，有美國護照。以前持旅行證回過國。現準備申請簽證回中國。需要國內邀請函申請探親，旅遊簽證嗎？

-Because your child was born before you got the green card, the Chinese Government consider your child is a Chinese citizen, and thus, he/she should apply for the 旅行證回國 as he/she did before, not a visa.

再問，上次旅行證有效期至六月五日。五月十七曰國能用嗎？在國內呆三月可嗎？非常感謝！

-He/she had better apply for  a new 旅行證. If he/she uses the old one, he/she needs to apply for extension of  his/her stay within China.
