我懷孕要生孩子 ，現在單位full time，但是工作強度太大，我找了一家朋友的專業完全對口的公司想轉一下H1B 身份，想請教您幾個問題:
1、我找的新公司，因為是朋友幫忙，所以費用要全部自己出，怎樣才可以最省錢的方式，
-If you know how to do the paperwork, you can save the lawyer fee. You can not save the other fee.
請問我可以轉Part time嗎？
-Yes.
2、請問新雇主和我自己各自需要準備啥材料
-Exact the same documents as you did for your current H1 before plus providing your current H-1 approval notice with I-94 and your latest 3 months paycheck stubs.
3、我朋友的公司辦公地點是自己家，這個有問題嗎？
-No problem as long as your employer indicate it in the LCA and I-129.
