回複：有回鄉證後還可以再申請H1B簽證嗎?

個人情況比較特殊.  現在有回鄉證了,

-Do you mean you have the advance parole (AP)? You can apply for the H-1 visa no matter whether you have AP or not.

同時還是H1B, 想回國去生成戶口 (當年出國時戶口被注銷了). 聽說國內現在有綠卡就不給辦戶口了. 所以回國時想再申請H1B簽證.   不知道這樣可不可以,會不會被拒簽, 如果拒簽了會不會杯具? 請懂得給說說, 謝謝了.
