I have quite a few questions
 

 

- how is it going to affect my I-140 application if I file petition by I-130?

- How long it takes to get approval for I-130?

-Case by case.
 

- With I-130 approval, am I eligible for working?

-No. You need to apply for the EAD to work when or after you file I-485.
 

- Should I file I-130 together with I - 485?

-Are you a US citizen's spouse, minor child (< 21) or parent of the US citizen with 21 years or older? If no, you can not file I-485 together with the I-130 filing.
