父母有綠卡有哪些benefit?

If parents have greencards, for sure they can come to the U.S. without applying for B2 visa. And they can live in the U.S. for whatever time they like.

My question for parents having greencard:

1. can they apply for Medicare, to see doctors?
2. what other social benefits do they have?
