我媽媽去年七月B2來美,今年一月過期。去年十二月申請B2延期，還遲遲未批。我現在是美國公民，想為她申請綠卡（I130/I485/131Concurrent)。請問 1）B2延期還遲遲，未批申請綠卡有負麵影響嗎？

- The B2 extension may be denied, but it does not affect the green card application. 

2）一旦收到AP, 她可以用AP離境回美嗎？

-Yes unless her overstay is for > 180 days (if any). 

3) AP 申請要副上已過期的I-94， 還要副上B2延期的收據(Reciept)嗎？
-Yes.
