I-130 第22項請教各位老師

各位老師

我為父母申請綠卡， 我們住在 San Jose， California. 離我們最近的USCIS 辦公室是在San Jose， 但是申請材料是寄到 Chicago, Illinos.  那 I-130 表 22 項 是填 San Jose， California 還是 Chicago, Illinos 哪？
